BENEFITS AT A GLANCE


PTO: VACATION, SICK, HOLIDAY
184 hours per year, up to a maximum accrual of 224 hours based on tenure – accrued PTO available after 6 months of uninterrupted full-time employment.

DENTAL INSURANCE
Coverage is effective the first of the month following 30 days of full-time employment.

HEALTH INSURANCE
Coverage is effective the first of the month following 30 days of full-time employment.

LIFE INSURANCE
$10,000 term policy, with premium paid by the Facility for full-time employees.

PENSION PROGRAM
The Facility will begin making contributions to AIG VAlic 403(b) for full-time employees with one year of service as of December 31. The amount of contribution is based upon tenure. Vesting privileges occur when contributions are continuous for 5 years.

TAX-DEFERRED
Full-time employees are eligible to participate in a tax deferred, interest-earning annuity program. AIG Valic 403(b) and MS Deferred Compensation Plan 457(b).
