Dale Joyner, Chairman on the Board of Trustees of Neshoba General. Mr. Joyner was elected to serve as a member of the Board in 2020 representing District 1. His current term expires January, 2030.

He is retired from Neshoba Ambulance Enterprise, serving as the Director of EMS for 25 years.

Oliver Jolly, Vice-Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Neshoba General has been a member of the Board for 17 years representing District 4. His current term expires January, 2028.

He is retired from the Military; has an Associate of Arts Degree from ECCC; Bachelor of Social Work Degree from MSU; and Master of Science Degree in Counseling from MSU. He is a Licensed Social Worker and Licensed Professional Counselor.

Mr. Jolly is employed as a licensed counselor with the Family Violence and Victims Services of the MS Band of Choctaw Indians.

Jo Helen Daly, Secretary of the Board of Trustees of Neshoba General, has been a member of the Board for 19 years representing District 2. Her current term will expire in January, 2031.

Mrs. Daly is employed with Prince Oil and recently retired from the MSU Extension Services - Neshoba County.

Jean Brazzle of the Board of Neshoba General. Mrs. Brazzle has been a member of the Board for 9 years representing District 5. Her current term will expire in January, 2029.

Mrs. Brazzle retired from Central Electric in 2010.

Barry V. Pettit was appointed to the Neshoba General Hospital Board of Trustees in August 2026, representing District 3. His current term expires in January 2031.

A licensed registered nurse, Pettit earned an associate degree in nursing from Meridian Community College and has held leadership roles across emergency care and clinical operations. His professional experience includes serving as emergency department nurse manager at Rush Foundation Hospital and John C. Stennis Memorial Hospital, as well as clinic manager at Meridian Weight Management.

Pettit also completed 38 years of service in the Mississippi Air National Guard. During his military career, he served as a flight nurse with the 183rd Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron and as a Medical Service Corps officer with the 186th Medical Group.

In addition to his healthcare and military service, Pettit is co-owner of Pettit Jewelers, a family-owned business in Philadelphia, Mississippi. His background in patient care, organizational leadership, military service, and small-business ownership brings a broad perspective to his work on the Board of Trustees.
