Neshoba Urgent Care – Family Medicine Announce New Doctor

Neshoba General is proud to welcome Dr. Shelby S. Phung to our Medical Staff. Dr. Phung will join the team of Neshoba Urgent Care – Family Medicine. She brings with her a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care to our community.

Dr. Phung earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Mississippi Medical Center class of 2022 and completed her residency at South Baldwin Family Medicine Residency Program in July 2025, where she served as Chief Resident. Prior to medical school, Dr. Phung attended Mississippi College and earned her BS in Biology in 2016. She studied abroad in London, England in the Spring of 2014. Dr. Phung is deeply committed to providing expert, and compassionate care. Her dedication and experience make her a valuable addition to our team.

Dr. Phung welcomes and accepts new patients.
